Todd Bailey
Todd is a managing partner of Anchored Northern Investments. Together with Sheripha he has invested as an LP in multiple deals across several metros and owns and self-manages a multifamily property. Todd spent 22 years in the tech industry leading global teams in engineering and artificial intelligence. He brings analytical rigor, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to investor success. Todd holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas, and a S.B. in Chemical Engineering from MIT.
Sheripha Morrison-Bailey
Sheripha is a partner of Anchored Northern Investments. Together with Todd she has invested as an LP in multiple deals across several metros and owns and self-manages a multifamily property. Sheripha holds a Graduate Degree in Psychology with a strong background in behavioral strategy, risk assessment, compliance, multidisciplinary team leadership, and the ability to assess and respond to changing conditions. Prior to that, Sheripha spent 10 years in Asset Management serving the West Point community.
